These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Rights
You may return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in mint condition and we will issue a refund within 7 working days by way of a cheque payable.

Alternatively and in accordance with the distance selling regulations we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any item provided. Please contact us within 7 working days of your order receipt via a durable form such as post. As part of your contract with us you are required to return any unwanted items to us within 28 days of cancellation. We can either arrange collection (at your cost) or you may arrange to return the items to us. Please note that you are obliged to have taken reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the items should you not return them to us within 28 days of cancellation.

Product Exchanges & Refunds
If you need to exchange a product for an alternative (for example if you have the incorrect size jacket) please do so by sending the unused and as new goods with the original packaging, all labels and tags back to us within 14 days of receipt by a secure delivery method. We recommend you use Royal Mail recorded or special delivery or a courier as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of goods.

Please enclose a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Please advise what the reason for the return is and the action you require regarding a replacement or alternative. This will allow us to gain all the relevant information and to process the return as quickly as possible. On receipt of the goods we will inspect the products to ensure they meet our requirements.

You are responsible for return postage costs to us and the goods must be in an unused and as new condition. We will pay for postage costs for the new item being returned to you except for orders outside of the UK. We reserve the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our conditions above.

Delivery Details
Next Working Day Delivery is available (excluding Highlands, Islands and overseas) for orders placed before 2pm. All other orders are sent by our courier on a 2-3 day service but your order could turn up on the next working day. Please note we are in the hands of our trusted couriers and therefore cannot guarantee any service, however 98.9% of deliveries nationwide are on time.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery to the following postcodes: AB33-38, AB44-45, AB51-56, FK20, G83, ALL IV, ALL KW, PA21-40, PH19-26, PF30-44, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-69, PA70-78, PA88. Delivery time to these postcodes should take 3-4 days.

N.B. Delivery times do not include Bank Holidays. A signature will be required.

Delivery: UK Customers
Orders are assigned varying P&P costs depending on the size of the parcel.

98.9% of all orders (non next day delivery) placed before 3pm are delivered within 2-4 working days (guaranteed next working day delivery £9.95).

Light weight items (hooks, floats, lines, lures etc) orders are charged £2.99 P&P and sent with royal mal.

All other items are sent with our courier. If you select the lower postage rate and your parcel exceeds that rate we will alter your order and send at the correct postage rate.

N.B. If the wrong postage option is selected we will alter the postage cost during order fulfilment, without notification to yourself.

We must be informed of all damaged deliveries within 48 hours.

We cannot take any responsibility for late or lost returned parcels.

Ordering
All prices quoted are in Sterling (UK Pounds) and include VAT at 17.5%. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions accepted. Our VAT registration number is 873 4730 06

Credit Card Payments
Orders Can be made using our 128 bit encrypted website. Our website is on a secured server that is tested regularly against attack and is certified by 1&1. Orders can be placed over the phone and your details will be entered into ouyr secure sage pay terminal to protect your card information.

Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will email you to inform you of this. If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will be able to return them to us at no cost to yourself.
